  • Relaxing Eve Taylor facial (30 mins): £25
  • Pregnancy reflexology (60 mins): £35

Using only the purest of ingredients gentle pregnancy treatments will help to maintain skin tone and elasticity, while relaxing muscle tension in the back and aiding lymphatic drainage. Suitable for clients who are 12 weeks pregnant or more (consultation included)

Baby Massage Tuition

One-to-one Baby Massage Lesson (60 mins): £35 per hour

Light touch Massage can be a very real comfort for you as a Mother-to-be and for your new baby. Many clinical studies have confirmed the health benefits of massage too and these benefits can be:

  • Can reduce stress and anxiety
  • Can reduce pain, stress and anxiety during labour if your birthing partner gives light touch massage
  • Can shorten labour - increases the release of oxytocin and endorphins the birthing hormones; this in turn can result in fewer medical interventions during labour

Newborn and Skin to Skin contact

  • Early skin to skin contact between new babies and their mums helps to keep the newborns temperature stable
  • Early skin to skin contact has been shown to increase the success of breast feeding
  • Babies who have skin to skin contact cry less and have more restful sleep

Baby Massage

  • Baby massage can increase the strong bond between parents and baby and can reduce stress and anxiety for both baby and parents/guardians
  • Research has shown that Pre term babies gain weight faster when massaged and may have accelerated brain and visual development
