How much does it cost?

Initial consultation - FREE - approx 40 minutes telephone consultation.

In this session I gain a greater understanding of your situation and explain how I can support you with achieving your goals, how hypnotherapy works and answer any questions you may have.

Solution focused hypnotherapy session is £50 - approx 60 minutes

In the first part of the session we look at what you want to achieve and the changes you would like using a solution focused approach. In the second half of your session you will be guided into hypnosis.

Clients are advised to give at least 48 hours-notice if they wish to cancel or re-schedule an appointment. Re-schedules that cannot be accommodated or cancellations within 24 hours of an appointment will be charged the full rate.

My Philosophy and What to Expect During your Session

I have worked for many years with individuals and couples with varying lifestyle needs and from all walks of life, helping them achieve their goals, improve relationships and enrich their lives in a none judgemental and empathetic way. I have strived to constantly update and enhance my own professional training, as well as my own personal growth. This has enabled me to develop my own individual style and effectively help my clients to facilitate long-lasting and meaningful changes.

There is no such thing as a magic pill that you can take and then wake up the next day as a different person. However, it is possible to re-awaken dormant aspects of self, that can enrich and enhance your life now. You must be prepared to want to change in the completely relaxed and supportive environment I provide.

My bespoke sessions can include Hypnotherapy, Neuro Linguistic Programming , Emotional FreedomTechnique, Eye Movement Integration, Solution-Focused Therapy, Nutritional Therapy and more, all depending on your needs. I will not need to know about any of your problems from the past or present. Together we will work to achieve your desired goals and objectives.

Hypnosis itself reduces anxiety, and this is done very simply through relaxation and visualisation, allowing you to focus on the positive aspects of your life that enables a shift in perspective. When in a state of hypnosis you remain in complete control. You cannot get stuck in hypnosis and you can bring yourself out at any time.

During your initial telephone consultation I will collect some basic information and we'll discuss what you are looking to achieve during your session[s]. I will then explain how Hypnotherapy can support you to make quick changes towards a preferred future. Subsequent Hypnotherapy sessions will last approximately 60 minutes during which time we'll work together towards achieving your goals in manageable steps and at your own pace. I work from home in the beautiful rural setting of Allenheads in Northumberland.

For effective treatment you have to be honest about what you are you prepared to do.
